We record your child’s name and contact details such as a telephone number, email address and home address to register your application and to contact you about a possible placement at Santiago & Friends. We use your child(ren)’s gender and date of birth to make you the most appropriate offerings. As long as your child’s placement is not yet final, these personal details will not be shared with parties outside Santiago & Friends. If your registration does not result in approved services, we will store this information up to one year.
